We are looking for an IT Support Professional needed to join our growing information technology team. This role will be a first point of contact for troubleshooting end-users’ technical problems. The position will report into the firm’s IT Director.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for all aspects of IT - desktops, laptops, mobile devices and software
- Troubleshoot basic networking problems
- Setup new computers and users and provide systems training
- Provide assistance with audio visual setup in conference rooms and corporate functions
- Assist with Mitel VoIP troubleshooting and setup
- Be a first point of contact for other daily technical issues and escalate as necessary
- Assist IT with ongoing projects as necessary
- Ability to install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks and related hardware and software
Requirements:
- CompTIA A+ certification required
- A college degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Microsoft Active Directory and Windows desktop administration in a domain environment
- MS Office including Outlook setup and associated issue resolution
- Basic networking including:
- Understand basic switching and routing concepts
- Familiarity with DNS and DHCP

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Travel may be necessary to support branch offices
