Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the development and improvement of an ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system.
- Manage and coordinate the development of processes within the quality management system.
- Ensure QMS orientation training is conducted and documented for all new hires.
- Manage and develop document relevant to the quality management system.
- Support the internal and external audit process of the quality management system.
- Oversee and assist the preparation of Quality Program documents (Operator Qualification Tracker, ITPs, etc.) with coordination the Site Quality representatives.
- Perform project-related setup, training and maintenance of improvement tools.
- Train personnel on the Quality Management System.
- Support Site Quality representative with maintaining their Project Quality Program.
- Define, coordinate and implement corrective actions for identified observations.
- Support, encourage and implement information transfer of knowledge within the organization.
- Perform project-related supervision of the project quality program.
- Manage audit follow-up measures resulting from findings such as Non-Conformity (NC), observations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the management of the Lessons Learned process and observation tool.
- Manage and mentor Quality personnel as assigned.
- Promote a quality culture within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent quality management experience.
- 15+ years construction management experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in the electrical and natural gas industry would be considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting audits of Quality Management Programs.
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, and GoFormz preferred.
