We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and talented Body Shop Manager for our Canton Location. If you take on this job, we'll expect you to help with:
- Managing our team of 15+ employees on a daily basis
- Scheduling of employees
- Managing workload, assigning tasks
- Managing shop schedule to ensure repairs and projects are completed on time
- Supervising the repair process of each vehicle from start to finish
- Process Efficiency - maintaining and, over time, improving shop efficiency
- Quality Control - ensure repairs are being done properly, with the right materials, techniques and quality standards, every time
- Evaluation and Estimation - using CCC One Estimating software and your own industry knowledge & experience to accurately estimate repair costs upon examination of incoming vehicles
- If not experienced with CCC One, at least experienced with an automotive estimating software
We're looking for someone who has at least 3 years of full-time, professional experience Managing a body shop. We expect you to have the following personal characteristics as well:
- Able to work in and maintain a fast-paced environment
- Skilled with Customer Service - communicating with customers both verbally and in written communication in a way that leaves our customers feeling heard, seen, and delighted to have been served by us
Our shop is located in Canton. Our facility is much nicer than your average body shop. We have AC running in the summer, new and high quality tools and equipment, and a well run, professional operation. This is a far better place to work than most body shops out there.
We also have multiple locations, with continued growth planned. There is plenty of room for upward mobility here for those who aspire to build a career and continue to take on increased responsibilities over time.
This job is strictly Monday through Friday, so no weekends required. Most of our techs work 8 hour shifts. The start and end times are a bit flexible, we have both early morning and later evening needs, so we are open to discussion on what hours fit your schedule best.
The expected total take home pay for this role is something like $125-175k annually. Commission and performance Bonuses are a significant portion of the compensation package here.
