Sales Engineer: Civil/Structural Engineering

You'll play a key role in our growth by identifying and winning new businesses in the civil and structural engineering sector. You'll build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions that impress.
Here's what you'll do:
- Become our client champion: Build lasting relationships, answer questions, and solve problems for our existing clients and key industry players.
- Unearth new opportunities: Research the market, identify potential clients, and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with marketing to develop winning sales strategies and with engineers to craft solutions that meet client needs.
- Be a technical translator: Leverage your engineering expertise to understand client challenges and co-create solutions with our engineering team.
- Craft compelling proposals: Develop persuasive presentations that showcase our services, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Negotiate like a pro: Secure contracts with mutually beneficial terms that exceed sales goals.
- Collaboration is key: Work seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and other internal teams to deliver projects flawlessly and keep clients happy.
- Sharpen the saw: Provide feedback to product development based on client and industry trends.
- Track your success: Maintain accurate sales records, and generate reports on performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Do you have what it takes?
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a similar field.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in engineering construction services.
- Strong technical knowledge to grasp and explain complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a history of exceeding targets.
This position requires US Citizenship or Green Card as the client is not able to provide sponsorship.
