YPM, Inc. is seeking a skilled and driven Account Manager to join our digital media services team. As an Account Manager - Digital Media, you will play a key role in providing strategic direction for in-house clients as well as planning, execution and management of digital media campaigns across multiple verticals and channels.


Your role involves close collaboration with our client services team of digital marketing specialists, building strong and mutually trusting client relationships by providing strategic guidance and delivering tangible results.


You have excellent multi-tasking skills, are strategic, data-driven, and client-focused, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and digital account growth. You possess excellent communication and organizational skills to successfully manage client stakeholders and to effectively deliver/communicate performance results.


Primary responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Work with clients and media partners on a daily basis to tactically ensure digital media campaigns are reaching mutual objectives.
  • Develop, manage and optimize media plans to meet or exceed client KPI goals for digital channels in varying verticals.
  • Analyze and track data for statistical modeling purposes; interpret data trends, identifying key findings, further optimization of campaign, and go-forward recommendations.
  • Maintain strong, key relationships with clients; communicate with clients on strategic direction of digital media campaign initiatives.
  • Plan and monitor client deadlines to ensure media campaigns are placed timely and accurately.
  • Prepare and present timely client reporting and recommendations for all client ROI and goals.
  • Create business meeting materials for client meetings/presentations; lead client meetings/presentations.
  • Able to travel up to 20%.
  • Communicate regularly with team members on campaign developments, timelines, deliverables and performance reporting.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and communicate those developments internally and with clients.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the digital media buying and planning space (prior agency experience preferred).
  • Experience working with large scale and complex brand campaigns.
  • Ability to handle client concerns and needs in an expeditious and a professional manner; must have strong follow-up skills.
  • Analytical thinker and uses data to improve effectiveness of client digital media.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts, facts or ideas in a clear, convincing and organized manner.
  • Confident, dynamic communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an exceptional sense of accountability.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A self-starter with the ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative and team-based environment.
  • Common working knowledge of G-Suite, Microsoft office products with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with industry tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Teamwork, Airtable, Zoho, and other digital CMS platforms preferred.
