Al Capone (a subsidiary of the BS-Group) is represented in the US market through ICC (Inter-Continental Cigar Corp.) and part of the global BS Tobacco Group with presence in European, Asian and North American markets. Over the past 20+ years ICC has developed the Al Ca-pone brand to become the best selling Hand Rolled, Premium Cigarillo in the USA’s OTP(Other Tobacco Products) category. The product currently enjoys a loyal consumer base and distribution across major regional markets in specialty and mass market retail channels.


As part of this role, you'll be at the heart of optimizing our sales application, with a special focus on our CRM infrastructure. You'll be the subject matter expert for all things CRM-related, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the platform and shaping how it continues to impact our business in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as and manage CRM system administration for ICC.
  • Customize and configure company CRM to align with the company's sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and build a roadmap for the continued development and enhancement of CRM functionality.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and cleanliness within CRM platform. Implement best practices for data quality, cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales and service performance. Customize Reports based on specific business needs.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations with other business systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data between Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain CRM user documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and best practices.
  • Governance: Participate in data governance processes to ensure data is properly maintained and document for reusability by the business.
  • Develop; test and maintain Power BI visualizations and reports for requested projects


Specific Skill Requirement:

  • Good knowledge of CRM systems, including customization, automation, workflows, and reporting functionalities.
  • Ability to cooperate and work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and Presentation skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of application architecture, data architecture, application development and configuration with experience in CRM Implementation
  • Familiarity with systems integrations
  • Project management skills, Adaptability to changes in project scope, timeline, or budget, including the ability to make timely decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Experience with PowerBI, databases, Tableau, and Reporting tools
  • Optional: certifications for Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator / Email Specialist, or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or equivalent certifications.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, marketing, or information systems, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year of specific experience in CRM Systems.


Base Salary Range: $80,000

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of ICC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonus.
