ResponsibilitiesPrepare mapping using computer design and drafting survey softwarePrepare topographic, boundary, utility, as-built, ROW, and ALTA mappingPerform survey calculations, upload, download, and process field dataAnalyze and plot boundary maps and descriptionsPerform record research for boundary and utility informationWork with design teams meeting demanding scheduleQualifications3-5 years’ experience as a Survey Office Technician PreferredAssociate degree or ability to attain oneProficient in the use of computer design and drafting survey software - ALTA/NSPS Land Title and Auto-CAD Civil 3DExperience in survey computations for land and construction surveys, skilled in Trimble, Carlson Field to Finish Experience with surveying and mapping for municipal, residential, and commercial projects including; topographic, boundary, utility, as-built, ROW, and ALTA as well as understanding boundary, deeds, maps and easementsAbility to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawingStrong communication skills Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https://careers-liro.icims.com - We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment. - Compensation: Min: $65,000 - Max: $79,000 - Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
