Mass General Brigham Integrated Care is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to develop new high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care.This work stems from Mass General Brigham's unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. MGB Integrated Care will provide a wide range of offerings, including outpatient surgery, imaging, primary care, behavioral and mental health, and specialty care, both digitally as well as at physical locations across the state and region.

Why This Role Is Important
The Registered Nurse in PAT assumes the accountability and responsibility manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care, for the preoperative patient. The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care.·

Required Experience
● Current NH RN licensure, BSN.
● 5 years of related clinical experience.
● Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
● Current MA/NH RN licensure, BSN, CNOR

● MSN
● Previous perioperative or critical care experience
