Sr. Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst, Supply Chain - Southeast Idaho

The Sr. BPI Analyst is responsible for leading projects that optimize and implement improved business processes by utilizing applications, software, reporting, and hardware capabilities. This role partners with members of our supply chain team, IT team members, and others throughout the organization to lead business process improvements from troubleshooting and diagnosis through tactical delivery, successful implementation, and improved business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to implement IT system and business process enhancements to achieve significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Business Process Owners to determine priorities and optimization needs, then manage those needs through to an effective conclusion.
  • Support PMO projects with system integrations (software and hardware), hardware or software configurations, system interfaces, application optimization, data and process policies and standards, and reporting needs.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex applications, integrations, and/or reporting issues. Lead the development of solutions to correct those issues and communicate with software vendors where necessary.
  • Liaison with IT and members of the supply chain in assessing data accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 5-7 years related experience and/or training.
  • Expertise in IT business applications, integrated systems, and analytics required. IFS ERP and Redzone experience are preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing, quality, or maintenance required. Experience in multiple functional areas of the business is strongly desired.
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement projects with a record of successful implementations, while demonstrating innovative thinking and proficient tactical delivery.

Additional Traits That Set You Apart:

  • Experience with FactoryTalk Historian and data are preferred.
  • ERP, SQL, and Lean experience are preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills with solid oral and written communication capabilities and practices across all levels of an organization, but particularly with senior corporate and business-unit executives.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, requiring strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders.
