Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provides numerical control, machining, and programming technical expertise to support 3 to 5 axis NC programs

  • Analyze blueprints, engineering models, and electronic controls to support NC programming

  • Able to work productively in a team environment

  • Wok with CNC machine operators to optimize or modify programs as required

  • Plans, creates, verifies, and revises machine control data and documentation that directs the operations for numerically controlled machines

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in aerospace numerical control (NC) programming concentrating on multi-axis machines, composites, or metals

  • Professional experience with CATIA (V5)

  • Simulation and verification software

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CGTech Vericut

  • Experience with multiple material types a plus

  • Solid modeling a plus

  • Molding and Die experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certification in computer science, programming, manufacturing, automation, or related technical studies
