Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Provides numerical control, machining, and programming technical expertise to support 3 to 5 axis NC programs
Analyze blueprints, engineering models, and electronic controls to support NC programming
Able to work productively in a team environment
Wok with CNC machine operators to optimize or modify programs as required
Plans, creates, verifies, and revises machine control data and documentation that directs the operations for numerically controlled machines
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in aerospace numerical control (NC) programming concentrating on multi-axis machines, composites, or metals
Professional experience with CATIA (V5)
Simulation and verification software
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
CGTech Vericut
Experience with multiple material types a plus
Solid modeling a plus
Molding and Die experience
Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certification in computer science, programming, manufacturing, automation, or related technical studies
