Requirements:
- Using the Nursing Process, care for Pediatric and Adult patients in collaboration with providers, clinical and clerical staff.
- Assess and triage walk in patients.
- Perform intake on scheduled patients.
- Perform POCT.
- Medication administration.
- Vaccine administration.
- Patient teaching.
- Documentation of all physical assessment.
- Assist with patient requests, form completion and pre-visit planning.
