LOCATION: Spirit Mountain Hospice
ABOUT: RN Hospice care - inpatient
SHIFT: 12 hour NIGHT shifts, rotating weekends, 36-48 hours/week
CERTS: BLS & WY RN license

Additional Information And Terms:
1) 100 mile RADIUS RULE. We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital2) EFFECTIVE 6-4-2023, Any traveler that's confirmed & doesn't start on time, the agency will be charged a fee (per their contract). The fee will not be assessed if it's due to a licensure issue.
