Qualifications

Required Education:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and NYS Nurse Practitioner license in appropriate specialty with prescription privileges, and DEA registration or completion of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program and a New York State Physician Assistant license.Preferred Education:Master's DegreeRequired Experience:3+ years of relevant experience in ambulatory or primary care setting including 2 years as an adult or family Nurse Practitioner or an equivalent combination or 3 years of relevant experience in a primary care setting as a Physician Assistant.Preferred Experience:Student health experience.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills. Must have BLS certification.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Willingness and ability to meet demanding and flexible work schedule.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $125,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
