Responsibility for the management of patient care provided by department personnel. Assess, plans, implements and evaluates teh nursing care of teh unit/departmental patients in order to ensure that patients and families receive n optimum level of care. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors degree preferred. Sufficient previous clinical experience in area of specialty. Current Alabama RN license. CPR certification. Unit specific competencies. Must have BLS/CPR by the American Heart Association.
