The HCM Functional resource participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.

At least 8 years of IT experience and minimum 5 years of techno functional implementation and production support experience in Oracle HCM Cloud - Core HR and Compensation Workbench modules. Experience and knowledge in other HCM modules like Performance, Payroll will be an added advantage.

Required Oracle HCM skills:

  • Should be experienced in Core HR with multi countries, setting up employee and manager self-service modules. Should have worked on 2-3 support projects in HCM Fusion cloud. Should have sound knowledge in various HR Transactions like Global Transfers, employee conversions, employee life cycle management.
  • Should have thorough knowledge on Comp Workbench product. Plan design, Budget management, components, custom fields, alerts, dynamic calculations, comp worksheet configurations, ICPs, eligibility criteria, fast formulas.
  • Should know security management - role management, Areas of Responsibilities, Custom security profiles design.
  • Should be experienced in development of complex HCM reports and dashboards using OTBI in HR, comp workbench, payroll areas.
  • Experience in complex personalizations and customizations. Should be able to use design studio, page composer. Customizations using Visual Studio design is preferred.
  • Hands on experience in setting up workflows for various transactions in HCM.
  • Proficient in preparing functional design documents. Ability to work on all project phases: Requirement, Fit/Gap Analysis, configuration, testing, Production Support.
  • Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution. Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices.
  • should have Customer relationship acumen
  • Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
  • Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $ 90,000 to $ 110,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
