Now hiring for a HVAC Commercial Superintendent
Compensation: $DOE
Employment type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Review incoming jobs turned over from the sales department
- Have a strong understanding of the residential construction process
- Layout and create material lists for upcoming jobs that are scheduled
- Monitor job tracking to ensure compliance with job budgets
- Work closely with the Director of Production to oversee all the crews and installs
- Identify and document change orders
- Perform quality control checks on a regular basis
- Work with commercial coordinator, warehouse manager and supply houses to ensure proper materials are being pulled correctly for jobs
- Set the example for field installers
- Perform disciplinary and corrective measures for field staff
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience working on Commercial HVAC Projects
- Valid driver's license
- Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
- High level customer service
