Yield Technician - Day Shift

Position responsibilities include:
High school diploma/equivalent and/or 2 plus years knowledge of debone processes. Must have the ability to perform basic computer skills. Must be able to work flexible hours, and have good communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate mathematical aptitude by passing a written math test with a minimum score of 80%. Bilingual in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is a plus. Must be able to work without requiring significant supervision. Must maintain an excellent Safety record.
Duties:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Grading frames, and/or wings per incentive program requirements while maintaining designated frequency of checks. Inputting the results from tests performed in a computer program. Communicating results to management. Any other duties as assigned by the incentive program management.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Must be able to work in a cold environment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6-9 hours). Must be able to climb stairs. Requires the ability to communicate properly with all levels of management as well as write and compile reports from test data.
