To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to:
- Deliver great food, prepared to company standards.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety standards.
- Place, receive and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in weekly/monthly inventories.
- Maintain budgeted food cost.
- Write weekly kitchen schedules.
- Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.

Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position.
- Minimum 21 years or older.
- Available to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
- Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
