"I do think they can be benevolent to their employees, however recently they have been having issues with internal communication, and while I do know everyone is going through a lot this year, no one responds until after a month or so when you have a question, or just trying to change something, they don't register your question nor respond in a long time. Which is causing me issues with communication to things I need to get done or want done."
