"CEO has done well in developing a positive, team building culture. A recent addition to the the C-Level ranks has the potential to negatively effect what the CEO spent years building. In short order the department (commercial) experienced a shift to one of intimidation, condemnation & disrespect. I would however recommend JML for any other department."
