"Thought being part of Oshkosh, JLG has people who are really backward in thinking and are still trying to milk the cow that they obtained decades back. Not a good company to work for. Some of the senior directors who are mostly from PA do not seem to have any idea of what the world is today. Some of the co-workers can be a real pain especially the newer recruits who have been recruited only because they are from PA, i.e. locals. I do not recommend the company to aspiring engineers."

"A good company to work for that will train and grow you as an employee. Factory locations are small town America that have charm but can lack cultural experiences."
