"I have worked at JLG since 2006. There have been a lot of positive things during my tenure. One thing stands out as a negative though. Leadership really doesn't have a good vision moving forward, it's a good thing the competition is not that great... Overall it was been a fun place to work."

"Thought being part of Oshkosh, JLG has people who are really backward in thinking and are still trying to milk the cow that they obtained decades back. Not a good company to work for. Some of the senior directors who are mostly from PA do not seem to have any idea of what the world is today. Some of the co-workers can be a real pain especially the newer recruits who have been recruited only because they are from PA, i.e. locals. I do not recommend the company to aspiring engineers."
