"6 years of working - Received only cheating and malpractices. There will not be much difference between your entry and exit salary, even after 5 yrs, even if you are a huge achiever. No promotion, increment. You will get promoted only if you can butter the director well. The very director will fire you one fine morning if someone more powerful tells something to her against you. No professional work culture. No idea of senior mgmt on how IT market works."
