"The company is run very old school and they are not easily influenced to change. The management is under qualified for their positions and seem to only be in it because they have been with the company for a long time. The owner is pretty nice, but fills every meeting with bad ideas and doesn't really seem to understand what's going on. He promotes people that say yes to all his bad ideas, which is why most management doesn't know how to manage."
