"Watch out!!! Starting at JC was great. The company had so much potential especially since they were newly acquired by Nestle, which meant that there was budget to be spent for improving technology. But as time went on, I quickly realized that the company was not going anywhere since its leadership team had no clue to run a company with a big budget.
