"I spent 8 years at Jenny and worked at multiple centers. I loved it for about 5-6 years, then as the business became weaker the environment became unstable and inconsistent. Within the past year they closed over 100 stores and are being sold by Nestle. Everyone of my mentors or good managers are gone!"

"I really like that is it something different everyday. The staff is very tenured and know their business. I like that I can have a home life and a career."

What don't you like about working at Jenny Craig?

"I am at the top center, revenue wise and due to the face that SO many people with this company have been there for 20 years, the advancement opportunity is slim."

"I was able to go home each day, with a smile knowing I made someone's most sensitive,desire become reality. And not only loose the weight but how to maintain."

"love people, believe it what you are doing, and stay strong with the clients through the teaching of maintaining weight loss."

What don't you like about working at Jenny Craig?

"I oversaw 8 girls, and I loved managing, but I really was a challange with overseeing 8 girls that each one has issues daily. I worked 6 days a week 12 hour days at times."

"It's a great company for someone that doesn't have a tremendous amount of education but loves people. We find personalities and train them well!"

What don't you like about working at Jenny Craig?

"Income is capped."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change the bonus structure to work off of a P & L rather than just a quota."
