"JWI does not take the quality of work into consideration when they take up new projects. There is no emphasis on quality of delivery. No growth prospects ........... and bad internal politics ....... and top management is completely out of touch ................."

"JWI should emphasize on quality of work they take. Top management should develop system for feedbacks from employees and a 2 way review of management."
