"Be very cautious with respect to job description and get details up front during the interview. Ask a lot of questions about the job. This is a different type of manufacturing."

"Long tenure of many employees creates resistance to new ideas and change. Some employees were actually unfriendly This created a very difficult environment for me being a new employee. New employees will have a difficult time assimilating into this culture. There are always things for new employees to need to learn and time should be invested by these people to teach the tasks adequately. The job description really did not match the job. I would have been reluctant to accept the offer if this had been known up front. My immediate supervisor was not good at dealing with people."

"Open up to new employees. take the time to help the employee learn the unique processes and systems as well as the culture. Create a more friendly atmosphere. Respect the need for employees to have time for personal life."
