"don't go. they will sell you on how wonderful the place is and it is a circus of unorganized liars."

What don't you like about working at JD Audio & Video Design?

"the hours are very long, with no compensation. the raises are very few and far between. the owner is very abusive and will lie the whole entire interview about raises. the amount they put on the ad is no where near what they pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"don't let a recovering drug addict, with no memory run the business."

"I enjoy the work itself. I am very good at what I do, but they have their own way of doing things which I feel is very impersonal to their clients"

"Not really, just be aware that they are not very honest people, so beware of their promises, especially about raises. And if you don't mind being talked down to then your a good fit for them"

"The way they treat and talk to their employees. They are very young and they do not treat the employees who are older with respect."

"Be more curtious to your employees and family members that still work there"
