"Try to let them know how easily you can learn. During my time there, they were upgrading their systems every year or so."

"It had to end so soon. the company I had worked for is not the one that is there today"

"Listen more to your customers. they are not happy with the changes."

"Well it get's a 62.5% grade which is pretty bad on any grading scale but I can fairly say that being there I would say the overall experience was more like a C+.."

"I liked the ideals of the company and I liked the training given.. I liked how there was always a good deal for the customer.."

"Invest in a pair of comfortable yet still nice to wear with a suit pair of shoes.. This company is fast paced and can be very fun so dress like your on the spotlight everyday, because you are.. And don't forget to wear comfy shoes!!"

What don't you like about working at JC Penney?

"I would have prefered to be in the background and more into the company's inner workings instead of on the frontline at a cash register.. I do love people though.."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be careful what you say and do and even think in front of and/or about your employees.. They can tell.. If you pick pets or if you degrade someone even without words it shows and effects that individual as well as those around them.."

"It is a good place to work but I'd like to work in the environment of my educational background"

"really the folding of the clothes on table for presentation because customers always turned it into laundry pills after all the good work. But I learnt to be a better shopper with folded tables."

"I do not like the fact that they chose our center to close and there are no other centers nearby."

"None. Management there does an excellent job."
