"I've worked for JBS since 2019. While working there I found that the companies ethical values do not match my own and since it does not have a career path it is difficult to go to work and see myself working there for longer then a year. It is an international company being one of the biggest companies in the food industry."

"Be yourself and please don't say you understand something when you really don't. Don't be afraid to brag on yourself a little because if you know how to do it say so..."
What don't you like about working at JBS?
"Our building was out of date and the design of our production station needed updated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We need more communication on issues that need addressed. Would like to see that they take our ideas in consideration that would help improve our production."
