"If you want to test your patience and want a toxic workplace, you come to the right place. It provides okay benefits but they are no way near to compensate your mental and physical health enough. Managements are toxic, pretend to hear you out but do absolutely no change to improve the ongoing issues. If you are good, nice, they will abuse the heck out of you, and if you are lazy, you are safe!!! Union is not backing you up either, instead, they back up the big titles, who try every way possible to stop your OT. No one here cares for you as the employee, they just squeeze all your helpful juice out, for their own benefits. I LOVE the job itself, dont get me wrong, but the place, the management, forget it!"
