"Extremely talented company with a knack of hiring top notch employees. That is a proven formula for success. The atmosphere is light and fun. Everyone there knows exactly what they are doing. My 5 years there were by far the most satisfying of my career."
"I have worked at Janus Research Group for a few years now. The people you get to work with are great, and up until recently your direct upper management was great. However, the top leaders in the company have been making decisions that have left many wondering how big of a priority their employees are to them, forgoing raises nearly all-together over the past two years, and giving no bonuses at all despite many communications being made about great financial standings. I respect their right to do with their money as they wish, but to communicate such great success financially and then to very openly express they will not be sharing any of that success with the ones who have helped them obtain it is a huge blow to morale. I want this to be the company I believe it can be, but until they begin to treat their employees like people rather than replaceable resources, I could not in good conscious recommend them to anyone searching for a long term position."
"I've worked at Janus Research Group, Inc. for over 5 years. It has been a rewarding and challenging experience that I would recommend to anyone. The chance to work on projects with real world impact is a plus. Tightly knit teams with excellent co-workers is also a plus. The company has between 500 and 1000 employees at any given time (this changes do to contract fulfillment). They are always hiring talented people."
"\Us vs them mentality with management and worker bees. There is no communication from the top to the bottom about plans and deadlines. There is also no career growth if you are an artist or an engineer. Nepotism is all around. Those that don't do their job well seem to get promoted in order to motivate those that do their job well, to do more. Hard work goes un-noticed. If you work hard, you are treated the same as those that just do the minimum. Stay away if you are an arist / eng."
"Been a great run."
