"I worked with JANUS displays for a number of years. I felt my position was stifled and micro-managed from the top. The software used to manage projects was nearly 20 years old, very archaic and essentially useless. While we were held to high levels of performance, those micro-managing us were not held accountable for their decisions. Fortunately, there were no avenues for career growth, and I had to leave. Once gone, I realized how toxic the work environment really was."
