"No one cared about the group. From the VP to the directors, everyone was open about wanting the group to fail so it would be eliminated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't put bullies in charge of running the development of your drugs. When people fear QA, you do not get good work being done because there is no partnership, only an adversarial relationship. And that environment makes for bad bad science."
