"There is nothing particular. Maybe only that it is a big school, the documentation process is long."

"The position was 30 hours, so no full time benefits other than free use of the recreational facilities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management was far more critical of 30 hour employees than full time salary employees. Full time employees generally did less work, made more money, and had more leniency."
