"The company is filled with great people, and the management are always willing to listen. I would say the only draw back is everything the company does has to be approved by its parent company in Japan. Because of this the company is not able to be as autonomist as it needs to be competitive in the industry."

"Incredible cross-departmental personalities I enjoyed each day. Interaction is encouraged, open encouragement towards process improvements, and great support from Management. "Other better places out there. Don't consider Jamco America at all."

What don't you like about working at Jamco America?

"That the Company will not get the tools needed or replacements to do the job right, most generally if there is some tool you need you bring it from home. Company is very, very stingy to supply you with what you need. Maybe Boeing better step in since all our products go to them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your employees instead of turning things into a joke and putting you down for your suggestions and ideas."

"Going through to many managers. Very hard to attain information."

"Work to assist the group not just themselves. If anything is expected anyway make sure everyone is informed. Don't go a firing rampage."
