"The company is filled with great people, and the management are always willing to listen. I would say the only draw back is everything the company does has to be approved by its parent company in Japan. Because of this the company is not able to be as autonomist as it needs to be competitive in the industry."
"Incredible cross-departmental personalities I enjoyed each day. Interaction is encouraged, open encouragement towards process improvements, and great support from Management. Made it almost 10-years -> interrupted by Covid: everyday was an opportunity to learn something new.... my greatest reward was the gift to pass knowledge on to the upstarts. Thank you Jamco!!!"
"This is not a great place to work, a lot of micromanagement goes on."
