"I liked the energy in the place, things are always moving, not a dull moment, to sell vehicle one has to be creative in the sales approach as the mfg, our job to come up with ways to sell. good place to work offering individual challenges, in my organization good relationship with sr mgmt."

"at times can be a little overwhelming with many changing parts. so you have to be able to keep up the changes and little bureaucracy also."

"Because it was privately owned they did as they pleased rather than what was best for the company too many times. Not open to others point of view."

"Give people a chance to do the job you pay them to accomplish. Stop giving lip service to those who really care about doing an excellent job."
