"A company can be an amazing place to work, but we people make the company. The best tip I can offer to anyone is to be honest, love what you do and give your hundred percent to it. Last I will say just do what you will do with your own."
What don't you like about working at JAFRA Cosmetics International?
"6 Different Presidents in 8 years made things more complicated. I think that change is need it to grow, but when you have 6 different heads changing back and forth is not that good for the company nor the employees neither the field."

"Be committed about what the company promised and when there are times of changes, because they are need it, have all the steps, proceedures and training in writing, then make the changes."
