Jackson Lumber and Millwork Employee

"This company preaches everyone is family. Unfortunately most are treated like the proverbial unwanted step child. Behind closed doors they strive for turnover of long term employees to lower wages and benefits. Customer service, yard and warehouse employees are treated as disposable. I do not recommend them for long term employment. Little chance for advancement."
