"It is sad to see a company address their internal problems and negative perception by seeking a PR person rather than internally addressing the core problems of bad and even malevolent management. The expression that "A" grade managers hire "A" grade staff is NOT what follows inside Ixia. Ixia has a few "A" grade managers, but most appear to be "B" grade or worse and actively drive out anyone they feel is a threat. If you are an "A" grade employee, you should avoid Ixia like the plague. They will milk you dry and spit you out."
