What do you like about working at IUPUI?

"I worked at IUPUI while I was a student. It was very flexible with hours as far as the work gets done on time. The payments were on time and I did not have an hassle to follow up on the same. All the colleagues were very understanding and co operative. They made sure that my studies never suffered because of the work load. It was a work place that trained me to work in a professional environment in the USA as I was an International Student."

"Be yourself, be confident and give it your best shot. It is a great place to work. All the best for the best."

What don't you like about working at IUPUI?

"I loved working at IUPUI and have no complaints about working at IUPUI. If I get a full time job there today then I shall for sure take it without a second thought."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My one and only suggestion for the Management would be to try to reduce some paper work when it comes to recruiting International Students."

What do you like about working at IUPUI?

"Flexible hours. Nobody bugs you as long as you finish the job on time and keep track of the e-mails. Management is great and the people I worked knew what team work means. Campus is at downtown close to everything and you have the change meeting different people from different backgrounds."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest. If you get the job as long as you keep up the good work everybody will be happy. If you struggle mention it to your professor before things get out of your hands."

What don't you like about working at IUPUI?

"Finding a parking spot was an issue.But I heard they have new parking facilities. Student health insurance wasn't that good.Try not to get sick when student health services is closed."

"My immediate manager, Michael Bangert, fosters an environment for growth. While completing the requirements of my work; I would also endeavor to learn more and new ways of streamlining work. It was encouraged by Mr. Bangert."

What don't you like about working at IUPUI?

"Managers and supervisors above Mr. Bangert truly do not understand the weight of responsibilities of my team and make very poor decisions that consistently lower morale. So much so that they make it personal and intentionally attack those who report to them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend quality time understanding the dynamics of team building. Spend time taking culture sensitivity course to build a healthy working relationship with their employees."
