What do you like about working at ITT Tech?

"The only thing that I liked about working at ITT-Tech is the flexibility of hours. Some days you work 9-6, and others 12-9. It is nice having the different schedule."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The one tip I have is RUN, don't walk. You don't want this job because you will ALWAYS be threatened to loose your job, and you almost have to lie to get students to get them interested in this school. If you want to be ethical, DO NOT work here."

What don't you like about working at ITT Tech?

"The director of the college claims to be all about the students success, when really he only cares about the money that the college is bringing in so his children can have the best education possible (and this does not include ITT-Tech). The director is a former army officer and the school is ran like a boot camp."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more professional, do not gossip, lie to the students, and believe in the school. There is so much pressure on the management team to get students and keep them that I think management forget about the students success and focus generally on the number of students that are possible going to be enrolled."

"Provide an annual bonus for Department Chairs."

"The thing I liked best about the job at ITT Tech. was the ability to help people reach their educational goals, and to see them succeed in obtaining a good career."

"The thing I liked least about the job at ITT Tech. was the feeling of confinement. You tend to become isolated from the very industry that you are preparing the students to enter. You needed to make great effort to keep yourself aware of industry trends and technical advancements."

"Not to base supervisor performance on student retention."
