"Employees, students, and quality of education are severely devalued for the sake of the bottom line. Faculty and managers are considered expendable, while directors are overly insulated from the performance of the school. Goals for individual departments are unreasonable and contradictory to others and force departments to compete rather than work toegether. Dean PP&E goals are contradictory at best, and potentially unethical in scope."

"Horrible ethics issues going on. Pressure to pass students and falsify attendance records to keep up the numbers to corporate."

"The instructional material was dated, and in many cases incorrect. To make things worse, I was NOT allowed to FIX any of the shorcommings of the material."

"Majorr focus is the retention of the student and their ability to pay. You are always reminded that it is a business."

"It is kept clean and easy on the eye. It is one of the better places to work in Omaha. I like my boss Mr. Larry Johnson and Mr. Steve Kollar awesome people."
