"Career growth, fake management commitments, not seeing the potential of the individual, never give a chance to grow"

"Commit things which can be done. Realize the potential of the individual and assign work accordingly. IF 5 people are required for a job, hire 5 not 2. And dont give the human's job to the DONKEY."

"be very clear which group you are going to and who is the IBU Head. Specially avoid IBU2 and IBU3."

What don't you like about working at ITC Infotech?

"The Management style is extremely demotivating for sincere performers who do not like to butter the Top Management and MD. The MD is from a Non IT background and most of the Top Management are old ITC MIS Managers, hence no global IT vision etc. Too much politics, less work at Top levels"

"Need a complete overhaul of Top Management team, bringing in leadership from IT industry."
