"Too much bureaucracy. Not a good place to work if you like to get things done. I'm from IT, so maybe in different areas, the perspective can be different.The bureaucracy makes you need a lot of more steps to do very simple things, such as looking for server logs or try to implement some new technology, even if it brings results to the company. Very sad."
