"I worked for Italian Village Pizza for a while, but there were very few (if ANY) opportunities to advance, or even have input. I have cooked professionally for almost 10 years, and in 4 and 5 star restaurants. That being said, and known by them, they had NO interest in any ideas/suggestions I had that would improve the quality of not only the dining, but also the food. The people were great, as was the manager, it's the owner that was too "set in his ways" (to put it VERY nicely)."
