"Be honest, be yourself, and show some enthusiasm for the position that you are hiring for. If offered a position, negotiate the highest possible salary up front because increases are small after that."

"Low pay comaped to private industry and limited advancement in certain positions."

"Listen to your employees and take their opinions seriously because they are the ones who keep things going."

"Work life balance is good. My manager is a decent guy."

"The only reasons to work at URS are job security and work/life balance."
What don't you like about working at URS?
"Senior management doesn't get it. We don't have the tools we need. The business doesn't see IT as a partner. We have a lot of incompetent people in positions they have no qualification for. We don't have any control over aspects of IT that are critical to our success."

"I would focus much more on leveraging technology to enable business."
