"I enjoyed the projects that we accomplished, and I also enjoyed that the company was not dived, it worked as a team and the company was striving to do its best in everything that they did"

"I would say to be calm, don't get over zealous, and don't be afraid to show your skills off."
What don't you like about working at Lebanon Valley College?
"I think we could have planned a little better with the smaller projects. The big ones took a lot of planning, but I feel like we jumped into the small projects a little to fast"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Again, I would have to suggest planning a little bit better on the smaller projects. Just because they are small, doesn't mean that they are not important"

"I was interviewed for intern position so for this prepare your resume well, and be prepare to answer anything from resume in detail"

"Not much growth opportunities are there, have to look other places because of this"

"Management has to really start looking on its staff problems while making decision"

What do you like about working at Raven Software?
"The atmosphere is great. I actually enjoy going to work."

"Be yourself. One of the biggest things they judge you on is how your personality fits."
What don't you like about working at Raven Software?
"Nothing. The environment is great and my direct supervisor was a great person to work for. He constantly shared what was going on with the network, and what the solution was."

"Keep doing what they are doing. I would recommend trying to get a job there to anyone I know."

"I cannot complain. I was happy to even have the opportunity to work there. Plus, it was a great place to work anyway. No complaints."

"None. Management was great. They could not have done anything better that I can think of."

"Understand that it's an internship, but need patience and trust that IT person can solve problems without needing to be reminded of time restraints"

"Every now and then, I would wish that they gave me more challenging assignments that would help me sharpening my knowledge in computers."

"I was surrounded by people who enjoyed their job and were willing to help anyone if help was needed. All employees treated each other with respect, whether it was from accounting, IT, or the CEO."

"Display the particular skills you have that will aid their company, as well as be yourself."

"It lacked the engineering positions that I am seeking to pursue my mechanical engineering career."

"I have no suggestions. My relationship with management was very good, and they were very helpful to me."

What do you like about working at City of Tustin?
"The people I closely work with. The IT Department made up of a wonderful group of people. Our skills are focused, but together, as team we help the city each day with their technology needs and issues."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I think like most places, be yourself, be honest, and let your own skills do the talking - not need to over sell yourself. You have to do a little bit of selling naturally, but personality goes a long way too."
What don't you like about working at City of Tustin?
"Like everywhere else (public sector or private sector), there is a lot of politics going on between workers and departments. None within the IT Department I work in thankfully."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Personally, my own supervisor is top notch! He is very kind and eager to have his division's personnel excel - sending them to classes, etc. Although, as an Intern I was not qualified to take classes according to City policy, I was allowed to learn through projects and working with fellow division co-workers."

"Don't chance the policy on lunch hour. It help take the sprees off work when you can enjoy 15min of the day with the whole company around the kitchen area at the lunch time."
