"It was a great place to work for 10 years and I'd still be there if the IT and VGD programs weren't shut down. Go for it!"

"Poor communication between management and subordinates and the lack of an open door policy."

"Communicate with your subordinates effectively and transparently and be willing to delegate responsibilities to different departments."
